The Ultimate Home Relaxation Space
A good Knutsford bathroom design should create a sense of well being and relaxation. The ultimate luxury home bathrooms today, feature steam showers with built-in benches, large double vanities and even compact saunas. So it really is possible to create a spa like experience in the comfort of your own home.
Getting the Layout Right
One of the hardest things about bathroom design is getting the layout right. The adjacency and visibility of elements is a careful balancing act when designing a Knutsford bathroom. Modern luxury master en-suites will ideally feature, a vanity with double sinks, a walk-in walk-out shower and a free standing bath. But as space can often be at a premium in bathrooms, its a good idea to work out how much you can fit in your space. Then choose the shape and size of the shower and decide whether or not to include a bath. If space allows it is always preferable to give the toilet some additional privacy, by concealing it (even partially) behind a wall.

Choosing your Materials
Selecting the right materials for your Knutsford bathroom has a fundamental impact on the success of the space. There is so much choice in tiles these days, not only in colour and tone but in size format too. If money is no object go for large full wall tiles, they are available up to 2.4 m tall and are simply stunning. However, they do need to be installed by a specialist tiler, I have a number of trusted tilers that I work with for my luxury bathroom designs.
The format I recommend to most of my clients is 600 x 900 mm, these are large enough to make an impact and to make smaller spaces seem bigger, and they can be installed by all good tilers. As for colour or pattern, go for something that you love; no-one wants to be retiling a bathroom every couple of years. So choose something you really like rather than something that's "on trend".
Secret Storage
Storage is often something that is overlooked in Knutsford bathroom design. It is so important to get in a decent amount of storage space. This can be in drawers below your vanity units, hidden in cupboards behind your mirrors, or recessed into the wall. However you arrange it, you will probably need more than one space to ensure there is plenty of space for toiletries, towels and cleaning products.
